Brittany leads the People & Culture Division, specializing in Human Resources, Administration, and Marketing recruitment. With a decade of corporate Human Resources experience within various industries, Brittany has the unique perspective of having been both a candidate and client of recruitment firms and understands the value of having a good recruitment partner to augment our client’s process.

She has her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Asper School of Business with majors in Human Resources and Marketing. In addition, Brittany holds her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designations and is a recipient of the CPHR Manitoba Rising Star Award.

Brittany’s passion for recruitment comes from both sides of the process – helping candidates achieve their career goals and working with hiring teams to find the perfect fit. Brittany approaches all recruitment opportunities with an empathetic and strategic approach. Her innate understanding of what it takes to be successful in a Human Resources role lends itself to great placements. In addition to recruitment, Brittany also offers HR consulting services, providing strategic guidance to help organizations optimize their human resources practices.
