Prior to joining Lambert Nemec Group, Lourdes spent three years with a diversity-focused search firm based in the US, where she developed strong sourcing methodologies and alternative search strategies. Her international experience spans the US, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, and she has supported clients ranging from global enterprises to startups and nonprofits.
