Susan Nemec

Susan Nemec founded the organization, leveraging her extensive experience in the accounting and finance sector spanning over 25 years. A Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCA, FCPA), Susan transitioned into the realm of recruitment and placement after holding key roles such as VP Finance and Systems at the Moffat Canadian Cable group, Corporate Controller at The City of Winnipeg, and Senior Assurance Manager with a Big Four Public Accounting firm.
 
In addition to her professional achievements, Susan has been actively involved in various volunteer positions, showcasing her dedication to community and professional development. Her leadership roles include serving as the President of the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame, President of the Winnipeg Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI), and National Board Member and Audit Committee Member of the Financial Executives International (FEI). Susan has also contributed to organizations such as the Health Sciences Centre, where she served as Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of its Audit Committee, and as Treasurer of the Winnipeg Convention Centre and Manitoba Research Council.
 
Currently, Susan holds a position on the Manitoba Public Utilities Board and Audit Committee member of the board of WRHA.  In recognition of her outstanding career and ongoing dedication to the CPA/CA Profession and community, Susan was awarded the FCA (Fellowship) Designation in 2010, highlighting her distinction in the field.
